You may use this to resolve any disputes you have with Novotek UK & Ireland  Limited if you are a consumer, although please note that our website is not designed for consumer use.

15. Applicable Law

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law.

16. General

The failure or delay of Novotek to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Novotek’s right to enforce that right.
